Business Traveler
This hotel is nice. The staff is great and the restaurant was decent. The location, unless you're flying in and out of Midway and don't plan on doing any business in Chicago, is horrible. No nearby public transportation to get to Chicago. So rent a car and pack a lunch. The traffic is a nightmare! I usually stay in Chicago near downtown or the river. Overall, it was comfortable and well worth the price I bid on. If it wasn't so far from Midway 40 traffic lights I would stay again. The bathtub drain was clogged.

Everything was clean, neat, and quiet. The pool temperature was perfect and pool was clean. Also, it was large enough to swim laps. The window leaked (raining) overnight and when I reported it the next morning, the desk attendant phoned in the repair immediately.
